- Dr. Satish Ailawadi is a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning over 27 years in Corporate Settings and over 22 years in Academic Administration. Holding degrees in Chemical Engineering from IIT Roorkee, MBA in Marketing and Operations Management from Pune University, M.Phil in Entrepreneurship from Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai, and a PhD in R&D Management from Pandit Ravi Shankar Shukla University, his expertise ranges from Sales Administration to Logistics & Supply Chain Management. Transitioning to academia in 2001, he has held various positions including Directorships at prestigious institutions like K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research and Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Hyderabad. Currently serving as the Director General of Integral Institute of Advanced Management (IIAM) and Centre for Management and Technology (CMT), Visakhapatnam, he is also actively engaged as a visiting faculty at The National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE), Hyderabad, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Nagpur and ICFAI Business School (IBS), Mumbai for facilitating courses in Operations & Supply Chain Management and General Management and as a mentor for educational trusts. Dr. Ailawadi's teaching interests encompass a wide array of subjects including Operations Management, International Marketing, and Stress Management. He is a published author of 'Logistics & Supply Chain Management' published by PHI, New Delhi, presented papers in several national and international conferences, and given lectures in University of Applied Sciences, Steyr, Austria and Ingolstadt Technical University, Ingolstadt, Germany. A prolific presenter at conferences, and holds memberships in esteemed professional bodies. Driven by a passion for education and global engagement, he has spearheaded initiatives in executive education, strategic partnerships, and international accreditation, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. He also possesses 27 years of work experience in Corporates such as Mitsubishi Corporation, Raymond, NELCO, NIRLON Limited, and The Bombay Dyeing & Mfg. Company Limited.
